1987 – Apprentice Engineer (Mechanical and Production) - Started work with Arnold Hose Limited

Having joined Hydraquip in 2019 as a Technical Manager, I installed the new manufacturing equipment and managed the production team at the Bolton site. Armed with a strong sales strategy, I would ensure products were manufactured in ample time whilst ensuring they met all the quality standards. Since 2020, I have focussed my efforts on design and building new manufacturing equipment, production improvements and designing products to suit customers specifications.
