    Acetylene Welding Hose

    Flexible Hose suitable for transportation of ACETYLENE. The hose consists of an EPDM Black smooth Tube with a Textile spiralled reinforcement. This is then covered by an EPDM Red smooth rubber coating. Standard/Approval for this hose is IS03821 (Formerly EN559). Our Welding hose assemblies are manufactured on request. We offer our Hose to be fitted or unfitted. Fitted assemblies are made using mainly brass parts and held together by steel ferrules that are mechanically crimped. All hoses are assembled to BS EN 1256 standard. HCV (Safety check valves) are to ISO5175 standard. Assembled in the UK by an ISO9001 accredited company. Acetylene hose generally is fitted with a left hand thread for all parts. This can be identified by the nut having a notch and being only fitted anti - clockwise. Other hose fittings we can use upon request. We can also offer customers their own standard header card for their packaging. This too is upon request.

    A flexible hose for the transport of acetylene.
    For welding and cutting, for arc welding under protective gas and related processes.
    Also suitable for hydrogen, coal gas and carbon dioxide, argon, nitrogen for welding and cutting (not suitable for LPG, MPS and CNG).

    Standard/approval:

    ISO 3821:2019 (formerly EN 559:2003).

    Notice:

    Smooth cover available on request. Also available in 40 m lengths.
