    BS3212/2 High Pressure Hose

    Flexible Hose suitable for transportation of LPG gas. The hose consists of an NBR Black smooth Tube with a Textile spiralled reinforcement. This is then covered by an EPDM Orange smooth rubber coating. Standard/Approval for this hose is BS3212/2. This is a high pressure LPG hose. Used to transport LPG, for CNG, methylacetylene and
    propandiene mixes (MPS). For our 12.5mm BS3212/2 hose we use a different type of
    hose. This hose consists of a PVC filled BSS40 with a Polyester reinforced stitch. This is then covered by a PVC filled BS552 smooth orange coating. Standard for this hose is BS3212/2 and EN16436-1 Class 2. This is a high pressure LPG hose.

    Our BS3212/2 hose assemblies are manufactured on request. We offer our Hose to be fitted or unfitted. Hoses can be unbraided, braided with Galvanised steel or braided with stainless steel. Fitted assemblies are made using mainly brass parts and held together by steel ferrules that are mechanically crimped. All hoses are assembled to BS EN 1256 standard. Assembled in the UK by an ISO9001 accredited company.
