Easy Plumbing Assemblies

Description

Hydraflex Easy plumbing assemblies for Gas / Oil and Water use - Can save time and money with the ease of plumbing connectors, easy to use and to fit with either tradition solder or Copper compression connections. Widely used for connections to catering gas burners, traditional gas boilers and other difficult pipework installations. Available in sizes from 4mm NB to 22 mm. The hose assembly is manufactured in accordance with ISO 10380 : 2012. Typically, these units are manufactured with tube end connections in copper or stainless steel - to suit standard plumbing fitting sizes.
Other special sizes available on request.

Primarily used for pipework misalignments and easy plumbing, saving time and money.

QUALITY & ASSOCIATED STANDARDS

All Hydraflex Metal Hoses are produced by fully penetrated TIG welding method to Hydraflex’s approved Weld procedures. Each and every Unit manufactured is 100% pressure tested to a minimum hydrostatic pressure test of 1.5 times of the design pressure. PED 2014/68/EU approval and material certificates to EN 10204 is available for all sizes.
