Propane Welding Hose

Flexible Hose suitable for transportation of LPG gas. The hose consists of an NBR Black smooth Tube with a Textile spiralled reinforcement. This is then covered by an EPDM Orange smooth rubber coating. Standard/Approval for this hose is IS03821 (Formerly EN559). Our Welding hose assemblies are manufactured on request. We offer our Hose to be fitted or unfitted. Fitted assemblies are made using mainly brass parts and held together by steel ferrules that are mechanically crimped. All hoses are assembled to BS EN 1256 standard. HCV (Safety check valves) are to ISO5175 standard. Assembled in the UK by an ISO9001 accredited company.

Propane hose generally is fitted with a left hand thread for all parts. This can be identified by the nut having a notch and being only fitted anti - clockwise. Other hose fittings we can use upon request. We can also offer customers their own standard header card for their packaging. This too is upon request.
