Oxygen and Propane twin welding hose. Hoses are glued together so they become siamese with each other. Flexible Blue hose - The hose consists of an EPDM Black smooth Tube with a Textile spiralled reinforcement. This is then covered by an EPDM blue smooth rubber coating. Flexible Propane hose - The hose consists of an NBR Black smooth Tube with a Textile spiralled reinforcement. This is then covered by an EPDM Orange smooth rubber Oxygen hose will be fitted with right hand fittings that turn clockwise and the Propane hose will be fitted with left hand fittings that turn anti clockwise. Other hose fittings we can use upon request. We can also offer customers their own standard header card for their packaging. This too is upon request.
coating. Standard /Approval for this hose is IS03821 (Formerly EN559). Our Welding hose assemblies are manufactured on request. We offer our Hose to be fitted or unfitted. Fitted assemblies are made using mainly brass parts and held together by steel ferrules that are mechanically crimped. All hoses are assembled to BS EN 1256 standard. HCV (Safety check valves) are to ISO5175 standard. Assembled in the UK by an ISO9001 accredited company.
