Hydraflex Ltd. accepts returns of items purchased through our Web Store, provided certain conditions are met. Items must be unused, resalable, and purchased directly from the Hydraflex Web Store. Where possible, original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Goods must have been invoiced within 10 days of the return request. Customers must contact us to receive a Hydraflex Returns Number, as returns without this number will be held for seven days at our Customer Collection Point for pickup. Once the Returns Number has been issued, we will arrange collection within two business days. Only one collection attempt is made, so it is important to ensure the items are ready at the scheduled time.
A return fee of £10 applies per order, in addition to a handling charge of 25% or £25, whichever is greater. Orders valued at under £10 (single-line orders) are not accepted for return.
For items shipped outside the UK, returns must be sent to a UK address at the customer’s expense. All items should be securely packed and addressed to Hydraflex Ltd. Please note, we are not responsible for returns shipped via third-party carriers.
Items not listed on our Web Store, such as special orders, are considered final sale. These items are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and purchased at the customer’s risk.
